Returns Policy

Looking to return an item? No problem!

In-store purchases can be refunded or exchanged if items are returned in a re-saleable condition (unopened and pristine) within 30 days of purchase. Customer are asked to retain their proof of purchase. The original receipt must be scanned as part of the refund/exchange process.

 

If you’ve purchased something online at lenalena.shop and wish to return it:

  • You can return your item(s) within 30 days to any of our 35 stores for a full refund or exchange, as long as it's unopened and in its original packaging. Just bring your receipt and the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

  • Alternatively, you can reach out to our Online Store  to request a 'Returns Label' for posting your item back via An Post or a Fastway Dropoff Depot. If you prefer, our team can also arrange a parcel collection and return it to the Lenalena Online Store. 

  • Delivery costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your credit card within 30 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected. 

Please note if the product you purchased is faulty and within the warranty period or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.
