Delivery

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable delivery services. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Saturday, and you can find delivery terms for each item on its product page as well as in the shopping cart.

 

The shipping costs depends upon the country and are invoiced once per order, irrespective of the number of products. Exact shipping costs are listed in the shopping cart.

 

 

  • We dispatch standard/oversize parcels via DHL Parcel Select/Last-Mile Delivery.
  • Large/bulky deliveries are shipped via freight forwarding.
  • DHL Parcel Select/Last-Mile Delivery Explained: DHL will collect the package from Connox, then transport and deposit package at a Postal Service facility near the customer’s address. From there, local Postal Service carrier will deliver the package the last mile to their final destinations.
Freight Forwarding (Europe)

 

  • Delivery by the shipping company is only possible from Monday to Friday - The date of delivery will be arranged by telephone:
  • You will be called by the forwarding company to choose a date. (Timeframe: 6h)
  • Curbside delivery: Freight is delivered to the curb or end of the driveway outside the requested delivery address specified on your invoice. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s). The customer is responsible for transport beyond that point. The order is left in the original packaging. Customer signature is required.

Please note that parcel-sized goods found in oversized/bulky orders may be sent separately via DHL or Hermes when shipped via freight forwarding. The partial delivery is, of course, free of charge for you.
